These Terms & Conditions govern your use of shrivika.shop and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing shrivika.shop or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or are using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian) and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

Products & Customization

ShriViKa sells laser-cut and laser-engraved products, many of which are made-to-order based on the text, names, or design details you provide at checkout.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any text, spelling, or design detail you submit for engraving/cutting — we produce items exactly as instructed.
• Because materials are natural (e.g. wood) or handled individually, minor variations in grain, colour, or finish between the product photo and the item you receive are normal and not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to decline any customization request that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on someone else's rights.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices on shrivika.shop are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — in which case any payment made will be refunded.

Payments

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. Payment must be completed in full before we begin production of any custom order.

Intellectual Property

All content on shrivika.shop — including the ShriViKa name, logo, product photography, and designs — is the property of ShriViKa and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission. If you submit a design or logo for us to engrave, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Limitation of Liability

ShriViKa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by Indian law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of shrivika.shop will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Theni District, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of shrivika.shop after changes means you accept the revised terms.
